1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information PRN Ledger (“the App”) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. PRN Ledger is operated by Ryrima Ventures, LLC (“Ryrima Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (handled securely through our authentication provider, Firebase Authentication). We do not see or store your plaintext password.
Information you enter into the App. This includes shift dates, times, pay rates, agency names (or initials or nicknames for private clients), unavailability entries, and any notes you choose to add. This data is entered voluntarily by you for your own personal tracking purposes.
Subscription and payment information. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through our subscription platform, RevenueCat. Ryrima Ventures does not receive or store your full payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
Technical and usage information. Our service providers (Firebase and RevenueCat) may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate the App and manage your subscription, such as device type, app version, and general usage events tied to your account. We do not use separate third-party advertising or analytics tracking beyond what is necessary for the App’s core functionality and subscription management.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to provide and operate the App’s core features, authenticate your account, process and manage your subscription and free trial, maintain the security and reliability of the App, and communicate with you about your account when necessary. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How Your Information Is Stored
Your account and app data are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a cloud infrastructure provider. Firebase applies industry-standard security practices to data in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. If Your Information Is Affected
If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to look into it and limit its impact. We will notify affected users as required by applicable law, by email to the address on your account, through the App, or by other reasonable means.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You control the data you enter into the App. While your trial or subscription is active, you can download a complete backup of your data at any time, and paying subscribers can also export CSV or PDF reports. After a trial or subscription ends, you can still export your data (as a CSV or PDF file, or a full backup) during the applicable post-cancellation window described in our Terms of Service (45 days for trial-only accounts, 60 days for former paying subscribers). After the applicable window, your data is permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
You can delete your account and data at any time using Delete Account in the App, or contact us at support@prnledger.com to request deletion.
7. Third-Party Services
PRN Ledger relies on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices: Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage; RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management; and the Apple App Store / Google Play for payment processing and app distribution. We encourage you to review these providers’ privacy policies to understand how they handle information on their end.
8. Children’s Privacy
PRN Ledger is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can download a copy of your data at any time while your account is active using the App’s Backup feature, and you can delete your account at any time using Delete Account in the App or by contacting support@prnledger.com.
10. Not for Medical or Protected Health Information
PRN Ledger is intended for non-medical, personal scheduling and pay-tracking use only. Please use agency names, or initials or nicknames for private clients, and do not enter clients’ full names, addresses, health-related details, or other personally identifiable or protected health information into the App.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
